So you have only option to buy on high rate ... they offer just to ask for more advance money ....not to give you plot...they will offer you new plots as well at upgraded rates...and inse paise wapas lena is very tedhi kheer. Infact iska owner abhi jail hokar bhi aaya hai. Please save your hard earned money. Choose some good dealers."
